Laypeople may still think of deburring as a task for a worker with a hand file – but in modern industry it works completely differently. With our modern machinery and automated processes, we guarantee perfect, burr-free surfaces, without human intervention, quickly and reliably.

TEM – Thermal deburring

During TEM (Thermal Energy Method), the workpiece is placed in a closed pressure chamber, and then a special gas mixture is ignited to instantly create a temperature of 2,500–3,000°C. This heat burns off all unnecessary burrs without damaging the workpiece itself. It is an effective solution for removing burrs from post-cutting machining and can be used cost-effectively in the case of steel, copper, cast iron or aluminum. ECM – Electrochemical deburring

The ECM (Electrochemical Machining) method removes burrs without contact: the metal burr is dissolved by an electrochemical reaction and then washed away with a high-pressure electrolyte. This method is ideal for fine, selective deburring – especially where the surface must not be damaged, such as gears, hydraulic or fuel systems, or precision electronic components.
