Contaminants left during production – whether oils, greases, metal particles or heat treatment residues – can cause serious problems if they are not properly removed.

That is why we offer modern, customer-specific industrial washing and degreasing solutions, in which we always adapt our processes to the raw materials used and the geometry of the component. We take into account the technological cleanliness levels expected by the customer – whether it is standard degreasing or washing before final inspection requiring a high degree of cleanliness.

Common contaminants that we treat specifically:

• mineral oils and technical greases,

• pollutants of animal and plant origin,

• inorganic compounds and oxide residues,

• machining and heat treatment by-products,

• soot, fine dust, polishing pastes.

In response to the ever-increasing customer demands, our plans include the creation of our own cleanliness laboratory, which would allow for measurable and documented testing of the cleanliness of components according to the most modern standards (e.g. VDA 19, ISO 16232).
