The technology of molded seals allows us to create a closed, flexible and durable sealing layer in exactly the desired shape and place – all without human intervention, fully automated.

With our CNC-controlled dispensing systems, PU and silicone-based foam seals can be precisely applied to plastic and metal parts. The process even allows dispensing along three-dimensional contours, so that the seal fits precisely into the formed grooves or surfaces. The available seal thicknesses are extremely diverse, and the technology is particularly well suited for individual, changing geometries.
