Euraseal Bt. (hereinafter: the “Company” or “Data Controller”) is committed to protecting your personal data. On our websites (euraseal.com, euraseal.hu), we process personal data only to the extent necessary for the proper functioning of the site or to respond to your inquiry. All data processing is purpose-bound and carried out securely.

02. Definitions

Objection: a statement by the data subject opposing data processing and requesting deletion.
Data Controller: a natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of data processing (in this case, Euraseal Bt.).

Personal data from contact forms or e-mails is stored for up to 1 year, or until the purpose is fulfilled.

13. Data Security
Euraseal Bt. ensures technical and organizational protection of personal data through:
secure (SSL) website connection,
secure server storage,
restricted internal access,
contractual obligations with processors,
regular security reviews.
14. Validity
This Privacy Notice is effective as of 1 January 2025 and remains valid until revoked.
Euraseal Bt. reserves the right to update this statement in line with legal or operational changes.
